An Increasing Hunger for God's Word

stacks of Bibles

The Lord continues to bless all that Bibles for America (BfA) is doing to spread God’s Word across the United States. In recent days, we have received an unprecedented number of Bible orders. We look to the Lord and ask you to stand with us in prayer as we labor to meet this extraordinary demand for His Word in these times.

We’re happy to report that as we enter into the last quarter of 2025, we’ve fulfilled over 130,000 Bible orders and 27,000 book orders. Thank you for the essential part you play in helping us get these precious materials into the hands of those who are seeking words of eternal life.

Our next order of 200,000 Bibles is due to arrive from India in three shipments:

  • Shipment #1 of 50,000 copies: due to arrive by October 20, 2025
  • Shipment #2 of 50,000 copies: due to arrive by November 14, 2025
  • Shipment #3 of 100,000 copies: due to arrive by March 17, 2026

These upcoming shipments of Bibles will be arriving pre-shrinkwrapped and ready to label and ship out. Currently, when we receive the Bibles, we take them out of the boxes, place a slipcover on each one, and then place a Quick Guide to using the Recovery Version and tract inside before they can be shrinkwrapped and labeled. We will now be employing a new shipping method, where the Bibles will be delivered with the inserts already inside and shrinkwrapped. This will enable us to process the order requests much more quickly. In addition, we've received a new piece of equipment in the distribution center, an automatic labeling machine. Instead of having to label each Bible by hand, our new machine will do this for us, saving on time and manpower. Please pray that all of these shipments will arrive in a timely way and without any complications, and that the number of Bibles going out each week will continue to grow.

Feeding Seekers through Social Media

Since August of last year, we have been producing social media content in a more consistent and intentional way. This content is designed to meet people where they are—particularly younger audiences—by creating posts specifically for platforms like Instagram. One major insight has been the effectiveness of carousel posts—a single post that contains multiple slides with content—which regularly draw around 10,000 views and reach up to 9,000 individual users. For example, we have a series called “The Christian Life” where we break down topics like the importance of the human spirit and what it means to call on the name of the Lord into bite-sized, digestible portions of truth that people can apply to their daily lives.

We have also been more actively posting stories, a feature that allows us to post photos or videos that automatically disappear within 24 hours, on Instagram. We have individual stories now being shared up to 200 times, marking a meaningful increase in the spreading of the truth to the friends of those following BfA.

This approach has helped deepen our connection with those who see our account and has made our content more relevant and impactful in real time. Audience participation in our interactive stories proves that there is a real hunger for spiritual food and for Christian community online.

Here are a few comments from people on our carousel post “5 Tips to Develop a Habit of Spending Time with the Lord in the Morning”:

“Such great simple tips!! To anyone who’s struggling to connect with the Lord, it is like being an athlete—the more intentional you are, the more likely you are to win! We win with Jesus when we are in a close relationship with him, faithfully walking, knowing it is He who chooses us and He cannot lose one that He loves!”

“Thank you for this verse. I feel like I have never seen it! ‘O Jehovah, in the morning You will hear my voice!’ Even right now the Lord shined on me that He wants to hear my voice in the morning! Oh Lord, forgive me for feeling that coming to You is a chore. Thank you. You are there waiting for me when I wake up to be my supply!”

Here are some responses to a recent poll we posted on our Instagram stories, “What are some benefits you’ve received from spending time with Jesus in the morning?”

"Joy throughout the day!"

"Having my cup filled to better care for my family."

"I really love how fresh the Lord feels every morning. It livens my spirit and gives me joy!"

"Spending time with Jesus is the best cure and remedy to our troubled soul."

"Being safe from anxiety."

Please join us in praying that all those who come across our posts and stories would be encouraged and nourished by God’s Word in a consistent way, and that they would continue to share this content with their family and friends.
